Baritone Gregory Feldmann, with pianist Nathaniel LaNasa, will perform Degenerate Music, a contrarian reimagining of the 1938 Entartete Musik concert given by the Nazi regime to slander artists they deemed beneath Reich ideals. By contrast, Feldmann and LaNasa will revive and celebrate the songs of composers that have fallen from regular performance because of political censorship.
