The Orchestra’s program begins with Boccherini’s dance Fandango followed by Corelli’s fourth Concerto Grosso and Stokowski’s orchestration of Purcell’s famous Dido’s Lament. Jonathan Salamon, the Chamber Orchestra of New York’s new principal harpsichordist, will perform Bach’s Harpsichord Concerto No. 1.
