Pearl Shangkuan will conduct the Masterwork Festival Chorus and New York City Chamber Orchestra in a performance of Dan Forrest’s Jubilate Deo. There will be an additional featured performance by A.C. Reynolds’ Symphonic Band, from Asheville, North Carolina.
