The first of this season’s performances by Chamber Orchestra of New York features violinist Aubree Oliverson in Haydn’s Violin Concerto No. 1 alongside Khachaturian’s Adagio from Gayane, which was used in the film 2001: A Space Odyssey. The program also includes Bach’s Orchestral Suite No. 2 and Brandenburg Concerto No. 5.
