Honoring her family legacy, Hungarian violinist Bernadett Nyari is inspired by her grandfather, József B. Suha, who was both a violinist and composer. Realizing her grandfather’s unfulfilled dream of performing in the US, Nyari’s performance features the World Premiere of Suha’s original compositions, including works of tango, Spanish dance, and Hungarian songs. She is accompanied by pianist Juan Tobon, bassist Jamie Ousley, and tenor Marco Romano.
