The China Now Music Festival presents a concert version of Hao Weiya’s 2021 chamber opera AI’s Variation. The Bard East/West Ensemble performs new works for mixed Chinese and Western instruments. The China Now Music Festival is presented by the US-China Music Institute of the Bard College Conservatory of Music, in collaboration with the Central Conservatory of Music, China.
