Bernard Haitink: The Final Concert

In his last-ever filmed performance, maestro Bernard Haitink capped a 65-year conducting career by leading the Vienna Philharmonic at the 2019 Salzburg Festival. The performance features Beethoven’s Piano Concerto No. 4 with star pianist Emanuel Ax and Bruckner’s Symphony No. 7 in a performance that confirms Haitink’s reputation as one of the all-time great Bruckner interpreters.
