Every great orchestra has its own unmistakable sound, revealed in exquisite detail in Carnegie Hall’s Stern Auditorium / Perelman Stage. In this three-concert series, hear rich symphonic works by G. Mahler, Brahms, Prokofiev, Tchaikovsky, Ben-Haim, and Bartók performed by the Israel Philharmonic Orchestra and Lahav Shani, Chamber Orchestra of Europe and Yannick Nézet-Séguin, and Vienna Philharmonic and Andris Nelsons. Soloists include pianist Lang Lang, violinists Pinchas Zukerman and Veronika Eberle, and cellist Jean-Guihen Queyras.
