As the calendar turns from one year to the next, the New York String Orchestra reminds us that great music truly is timeless. Experience the Carnegie Hall tradition that brings us together every December, as the ensemble returns with Jonathan Biss in an evocative program of Prokofiev’s “Classical” Symphony, Beethoven’s “Emperor” Piano Concerto, and Felix Mendelssohn’s “Scottish” Symphony.

Event Duration

The printed program will last approximately two hours, including one 20-minute intermission.
