Johnathan McCullough by Daniel Welch, Carol Wong by Genevieve Kim
Baritone Johnathan McCullough and pianist Carol Wong cover an impressive amount of stylistic ground in this free, hour-long recital. Hear songs by essential 20th-century composers Ralph Vaughn Williams, Benjamin Britten, and Amy Beach, plus music from genre-crossing songwriters and composers working today, including Glen Hansard, John Musto, and Justine Chen. Featuring a little something for everyone, this musical journey promises to re-introduce audiences to a variety of near-universal experiences and figures through musical storytelling.
