Dan Forrest's the breath of life explores the profound importance of breath—from our first breath at birth to our final exhale, and all the moments in between. Performed by the Masterwork Festival Chorus and New York City Chamber Orchestra under the direction of Heather J. Buchanan, this work will be complemented by performances from the Octavo Series Chorus, Montclair State University Singers, and bands from Timnath and Traverse City Central High Schools.
