Anchored by Savall’s Hespèrion XXI and La Capella Reial de Catalunya, the concert features Mexico’s Tembembe Ensamble Continuo and musicians and dancers from Cuba, Guinea, Haiti, Brazil, Mali, and more. Discover the rich and vibrant musical dialogue between Creole music and the music of Africa, America, and the Caribbean, brought to life in a fascinating new light for 21st-century audiences.
